The Inquiry is a podcast of sorts—some maintain it’s not a podcast at all—run by author Gregory Harms. He has been pressured by students for years to do this: “Hey Harms, you should do a podcast!” And then he didn’t. But they eventually broke his spirit and he finally caved. Thus was born The Inquiry.

The goal of the podcast is to discuss a range of topics regarding politics, culture, and philosophy. Harms is a firm believer in talking about those subjects we are commonly encouraged to avoid. So, it’s a safe bet that religion will also be discussed. And race. And gender. And just about any theme that makes many folks nervous—especially Aunt Vicki at the holiday dinner table.

So, it might be Warhol one week, Aristotle the next, income inequality the next, film the next, and foreign policy after that. Hard to say. It’s whatever pops into Harms’s head.
